Poulsbo Running opened in April of 2006 with a simple goal: provide the Kitsap peninsula with a specialty store that could address the needs of the active lifestyle. Whether running, walking, swimming, cycling, or hiking in the woods we have what you need to be successful.
Life long Kitsap County resident Chris Hammett, along with his wife Brooke want all types to feel comfortable coming into the store to be fit for shoes. Whether you are a seasoned marathoner, a weekend walker, or working out in the gym, we will see to it that you find the right pair of shoes for your biomechanics and foot type ( warning: when trying on shoes, be prepared to run for us!)
Our staff also has many triathlons, ultras, and races of all kinds under our belts and can assist with questions from how a wetsuit should fit, to what to eat at mile 40 of an ultra. Stop in and say hello,
